ACCESSIBILITY

BNP Paribas is committed to making its mobile application accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act laws. To this end, it implements the strategy and actions detailed in the multi-year plan currently being written. This accessibility statement applies to the web site Autoselect.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

Autoselect is partially compliant with European standard EN 301 549 (and the Web Accessibility Assessment Framework [Raweb 1] which implements it). The reasons for this partial compliance are listed below.

 Accessibility Tests results for Autoselect

The accessibility audit carried out by Sogeti reveals that:   
  • 69,5% of Raweb 1 criteria are respected
  • The compliance rate is 85,7%

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT 
1.1 NONCONFORMITY
  • IMAGES: Images conveying information don’t always have an alternative; Decorative images aren’t all ignored by screen readers; Images requiring a detailed description don’t have one 
  • COLORS: Contrast between text elements and their background isn’t sufficient everywhere
  • MULTIMEDIA: Videos aren’t announced by a text element; Videos don’t have the necessary transcript around them 
  • LINKS: All links aren’t explicit; Some links don’t have a name 
  • SCRIPTS: Some elements can’t be interacted with using only a keyboard 
  • MANDATORY ELEMENTS: The language code doesn’t respect the ISO norm 
  • PRESENTATION OF THE INFORMATION: elements used for the presentation of the information are present in the source code; Some information disappears when the page is zoomed to 200%; Some pages can’t be presented with a resolution of 256x320 
  • FORMS: Some forms don’t have a label linked to them; Some buttons don’t have a relevant label
  • NAVIGATION: The navigation sequence doesn’t always stay relevant; Additional content revealed by the user isn’t always accessible to the keyboard 
  • CONSULTATION: Downloadable office documents don’t have an accessible version
